Below are the final rankings for the Buckeye Prep Elite Showcase held on March 13th at the TAD Sports Center in Granville, Ohio. In terms of our methodology, the rankings are based primarily on how players were ranked by their respective coaches during the showcase games.  As an example, those players ranked in the top 10 were ranked either 1st or 2nd on their teams, while players ranked from 10-25  may have been ranked anywhere from 2nd-6th depending on the number of teams in any given division.  Of course, the top 5 Award winners were probably ranked from 1-5, and players selected to the all-star games were among the to 20 rankings.  This method of evaluation and ranking is a bit non-traditional, but with over 200 kids and 24 teams, it’s impossible for us to see and evaluate every player ourselves, so we believe this method gives us the best chance of accurately identifying kids who had standout performances.  Congratulations to all of the players who are represented in our final rankings!  Also, a shout out goes to Game Certified Photography for the excellent pictures taken at the event.  Those pictures are contained in the photo galleries below!  You have to check them out! Finally, our fall showcase is currently scheduled for August 21st and will be held at the brand new, state of the art Fieldhouse USA in Columbus.  You don’t want to miss this event!  Registration will open soon.
